Delivery fees based on the weight of the products.

Small items: $5

Big/Bulky items: $10

Delivery Time

Mon-Fri: 10am-9.30pm

Sat-Sun: 10am-8pm

Free delivery service available for purchases of $60 and above (after any discounts/promotions if applicable).

Returns:

 Flower Bouquets are non-refundable & exchangeable once order has been delivered.

We ensure that our flowers are fresh and high quality before sending them out. However, in any cases that you receive wrong order, we will send you the right order or full refund would be given.

Flower teas usually can last for 12 months once packaging is opened.

Diffusers are advised to use within 2 years to get enjoy best scent. In any cases where it is opened or damaged packaging, do contact us with relevant images.
